  1. Locate your school in the School Rotation Calendar below to determine what Packet Number your school's art discovery program will be covering each month.

  2. Match the Packet Number number for each month with the Packet Topics List that follows. See example if clarification is needed.

Forwarding Packets

How to Forward Packets: Art Discovery Coordinators are to forward the packet to the school that follows them on the School Rotation Calendar above. For instance, at the end of each month, Image will forward its current packet to Orchards, Orchards will forward their packet to Sunset, etc. Hearthwood will forward their packet to Image. Label each Packet "TO: [School Name]" and send it on to the District Pony to get to the next school. Packets must reach the next school by the first day of the month -- No Exceptions! For the final month, label the packet "TO: ART DISCOVERY, WAREHOUSE" before the last day of school in June 2004.

Example

For the month of September, Fishers Landing will present packet 11 covering Flowers by Redoute'. Towards the end of September, the school coordinator for Fishers Landing will label Packet 11 "TO: FIRCREST ELEMENTARY" and forward it on to the District Pony. By October 1, Fishers Landing should receive Packet 12, featuring Charles Russell, from Illahee.
